Warranty Policy
12 Months International Warranty
All watches and compasses are protected by our 12 months warranty policy. Starting from the point of purchase, if your product should stop working or have mechanical issues within 12 months, we will be able to fix/replace this product for you free of charge.
Before contacting us, please ensure you have changed the battery on the watch to ensure this is not the problem.
Our warranty covers all internal mechanical issues resulting from general wear and tear.
The warranty does not cover:
- Wear and tear on the strap
- Glass breakage and/or battery replacement
- Battery life
- Any physical damage or mechanical resulting from drops, impacts or scratches
- Water damage
- Damages resulting from third party repairs/tampering
Any attempts made by either yourself or a third party to repair the watch/compass will void our warranty. If you are experiencing mechanical issues please do not attempt to fix it (excluding changing the battery) and instead contact us as soon as possible and we will be more than happy in assisting you to resolve this matter.
In the case of faulty product, we will cover the costs of standard shipping of the replacement watch, within the United Kingdom.
